The 2019 vintage rivals any of the previous decade. The Classic Cabernet sauvignon 2019 shows the deep red hue typical of Cabernet from the Canberra District, with a rich berry and spicy bouquet. Two +years maturation in French oak of varying age up to 4 years has created an outstanding wine of soft tannins, rich dark fruit and cherry palate with a sweet oak finish. Helm Cabernet sauvignon compliments a wide range of red meat dishes, as well as duck, and pork. Drink now or cellar 2022 -2034.
